CNC fence mesh welding machines are primarily used for welding fence mesh (for railways, highways, and mountain enclosures), fencing nets, and construction casting top nets. 

The operation process is as follows: The required warp and weft wires are pre-cut using an automatic straightening and cutting machine. The warp wires are manually placed into the corresponding wire threading molds; the weft wires are placed into the corresponding weft wire slots. A stepper motor controls the disc feeder for automatic feeding and welding; the stepper motor also controls the mesh pulling, ensuring precise and uniform grid spacing. Grid size and welding parameters can be directly input via the operation panel, making the operation simple and accurate.
